As responsible breeders, we stand behind the health of every puppy we place in a new home, and we want you to feel confident in your decision to choose one of our puppies.

Our Health Guarantee provides you with peace of mind and reassurance that your new puppy is healthy and has been cared for from the moment it was born.

Health Guarantee Details

We offer a comprehensive 1 Year Health Guarantee that covers any serious hereditary or congenital health issues that may arise within the first year after you bring your puppy home. Below are the details of our health guarantee:

1. Health Certification: All of our puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before they go to their new homes. They will be up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and have passed their initial health check. You will receive a complete health record at the time of purchase, including proof of vaccinations, deworming, and any other relevant health information.

2. Genetic Health Guarantee: We guarantee that all of our puppies are free from any major genetic defects that could affect their long-term health. We specifically test our breeding dogs for common hereditary health issues in the Doberman breed, including:

   • Hip Dysplasia

   • Elbow Dysplasia

   • Heart Disease (e.g., Dilated Cardiomyopathy)

   • Hypothyroidism

   • Von Willebrand’s Disease (vWD)

   If a diagnosed genetic issue arises during the guarantee period that affects the puppy’s quality of life, we will work with you to find a solution. This may include offering a replacement puppy or a refund based on the specific situation.

3. Immediate Veterinary Care: If your puppy is found to have a serious illness within 1 year of purchase, we will cover the costs of treatment up to the original purchase price of the puppy. In such cases, we require confirmation from a licensed veterinarian that the issue is a serious health concern and is related to a congenital or hereditary condition.

4. Replacement or Refund: If a serious genetic health condition is diagnosed within the guarantee period, we will provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value, or we will issue a refund of the puppy’s purchase price. This is contingent upon the puppy being returned to us in good health. We will not be responsible for any additional costs, such as veterinary bills, transportation, or other expenses related to the condition.

Exclusions

Our health guarantee does not cover the following:

• Accidents or Injuries: Once the puppy is in your care, we are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur after the puppy is placed in your home.

• Mismanagement: The guarantee does not cover health problems caused by neglect, poor nutrition, or improper care.

• Behavioral Issues: Our health guarantee covers physical health only. It does not cover behavioral problems or temperament-related concerns, as these are influenced by the environment and training.

• Pre-existing Conditions Post-Sale: Any illness or condition that develops after the puppy leaves our care, outside of the stated guarantee period, is not covered by our health guarantee.

How to Activate the Health Guarantee

To activate the health guarantee, you must:

• Provide us with a copy of your puppy’s veterinary examination report within 14 days of purchase.

• Follow all the necessary health recommendations and veterinary treatments for your puppy as suggested by your veterinarian.

• Keep the puppy on a proper diet and provide a safe environment for its health and well-being.
